Let’s challenge how we think about work.

Redefining the Company is a podcast looking to answer the questions that are frequently on the American workers’ minds: Why do we work the way we do? How could work become a more positive experience?

Through authentic conversations with researchers, supportive managers, and established professionals, Redefining The Company seeks to understand the role each employee can play when reimagining their work environment.

While the topics of discussion will vary from week to week (based on the guest), the theme will remain the same.

Episodes release on Monday mornings to help frame the listeners’ start to their week.
